PATCH is a Pan-Africa focussed housing solutions company that offers Real Estate Advisory, Real Estate End-user Financing via Tenant Purchase Scheme (TPS) and Project Advisory Services. We provide long term residential and commercial real estate ownership plan through TPS Real Estate Investment Trusts (TPS REITs) that enable sustainable investment in to the real estate sector. We offer our TPS REITS in the Capital Markets, where Liaison Group has licenses from the Capital Markets Authority and the Retirement Benefits Authority
